Request for proposal (RFP) for a Loop Simulator System.

GSIN: N6625

Natural Resources Canada (CanmetENERGY) requires a Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulator for its R&D facility that currently make extensive use of Matlab-Simulink SimPowerSystem and other toolboxes for power system analysis.         . 

The equipment will have to be delivered and installed to Natural Resources Canada (CanmetENERGY), located in Varennes, province of Quebec.

Requested delivery: No lather than March 29, 2018.

The suppliers will be selected following an evaluation based on the mandatory technical criteria and on the point rated technical criteria specified in the Statement of Requirement included in this RFP.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
