DESCRIPTION:

Request for standing offer (RFSO) to provide and deliver various grocery products and boxed lunches for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as part of a military exercise involving 550 military personnel of the 34TH Canadian Brigade Group (34th CBG) of the 2nd Canadian Division. This exercice will take place at Fort Pickett (Virginia, USA), home of the Army National Guard Maneuver Training Center.

Food requirements are for the deployment, the stay on location and the return for CAF members. Provision of this service requires a regular supply and delivery of a wide variety of grocery products.


DELIVERY:
All products are required for the Department of National Defence  AND have to be delivered at:

STANDING OFFER PERIOD:
From December 12, 2018 to January 25, 2019 inclusive.

DELAY:
The supplier must deliver product in accordance with the following timeframes:

-Regular deliveries within forty eight (48) hours of a Call-Up request.
-Special Deliveries must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of a Call-Up request.

CONSTRAINT:
-The height of any food products pallet must not exceed five (5) feet.

QUANTITIES:
-The estimated quantities for each of the required products can be found in Annex B - List of products.

The evaluation of the bidders will be based on the financial criteria specified within this RFSO.

Please provide your PBN with your proposal. A valid PBN and SRI registration will be required prior to contract award.
