IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

SUPPLIERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT OFFERS ELECTRONICALLY USING THE CANADA POST EPOST CONNECT APPLICATION for the subject Request for Standing Offers. 

This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

FAXED & HARD COPY (submitted in person or via mail/courier) OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as part of this Request for Standing Offers.

AMENDMENT 007:

This amendment is to post ANNEX B - Version 003. 
Only this version is valid and will be accepted for evaluation purposes.


ALSO:

1- Due to COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are encouraged to submit offers electronically using the EPOST CONNECT APPLICATION from Canada Post. This service allows suppliers to submit offers electronically to PSPC Bid Receiving Unit. Instructions for using epost are included in this solicitation (section 2.2  -  Submission of Offers).

2- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the BID RECEIVING UNIT for the Quebec Region REMAINS OPEN, but WITH LIMITED HOURS on THURSDAYS from 10AM to 2PM (EDT).

This amendment is to publish an important update related to this Request for Standing Offers (RFSO).

The current COVID-19 situation is affecting all the operations of the Government of Canada.

We have to POSTPONE the closing date to FRIDAY MAY 8, 2020, 14:00 EDT.

Please note this new closing date is subject to further modification-s, according to the evolution of the current sanitary situation.

Request for Standing Offers (RSFO) for Various Maintenance Products & accessories. 

Identified user: Correctional Service Canada (CSS), various Institutions.

Delivery: on an as and when ordered basis.

Dates: to be determined.

Standing Offers Period: 2 firm years with a possibility of 1 option year.

-A maximum of 5 Standing Offers may be issued. The Standing Offer(s) issued may include one (1) or more of the five (5) regions indicated in Annex C.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based financial evaluation criteria specified in this RFSO.
