Public works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) wishes to award a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for on-site services of a tailor/seamstress for the members of the Canadian Forces and those of the reserve units served by them in Bagotville, Province of Quebec.  There are approximately 2000 members.

It is preferable that the services be provided on-site at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) but it is not mandatory.  The CFB is fully equipped with a heated and lighted room which is available for use and strictly reserved for work completed on behalf of DND.  The room is available, Monday through Friday, from 7:30AM to 4:00PM, except on statutory holidays and the holiday seasons. 

The period of the RISO is for an initial term of one (1) year and includes two (2) options to extend the RISO for an additional year.  

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is limited to Canadian services. 

There is a securityrequirement at the Reliability Status level associated with this requirement.  Refer to the RFSO for more information.  

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in both official languages of Canada.
