    AMENDMENT 001:
    
    The purpose of this Amendment 001 is to include the required Security Requirements for Mont-Joli / Maurice-Lamontagne Institute set out in PART 6 of the Request for Standing Offers.

    REQUIREMENT
    
    Supply liquefied petroleum gas (PROPANE) in bulk to all Federal Departments and Agencies located in the Province of Quebec, on an as-needed basis.
    
    The Requirement includes, without limitation:  supplying propane for heating purposes as well as equipment connections; supplying the tanks as well as all other equipment required for thedistribution of propane to the buildings, as needed; inspection and certification of tanks owned by the Federal Government as well as the repair ofsuch tanks as needed.
    
    There are 7 Administrative Regions within the Province of Quebec that require, orwill require, propane services.  Please refer to the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) for all the details relating to the requirement. 
    
    The term of the Standing Offer is for a period of one (1) year (July 1st, 2017 to June 30, 2018) with an option to extend for one (1) additional year (July 1st, 2018 to June 30, 2020).
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    A bid may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (formerly: Public Works and Government Services Canada) provides services in both official languages of Canada.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
