RISO Heavy Truck Mechanics and Parts
GSIN: JX2320

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision upon request of Heavy Duty Mechanic services, maintenance and inspection Services and for replacement parts of various makes for a fleet of heavy trucks as described in Annex «A».

The requirements are for Saint-Jean and Montréal garrisons of the Department of National Defense (DND) located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Montreal, Quebec 

The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additional period of one year.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement
on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the NorthAmerican Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) as well as the Free Trade Agreement with Free Trade Agreement with Columbia, the Free Trade Agreement with Panama and the Free Trade Agreementwith Peru.

The supplierwill be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.
