    Request for a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the provision upon request, wood and construction material products as detailed on annexes A to E and/or F to J,
    to deliver, FOB Destination (including all delivery charges), to all Federal Departments located in the West Quebec region including the Montreal region and surroundingareas, Laval, Drummondville, Cowansville, Ste-Anne-des Plaines, Joliette, La Macaza  and others, and / or the East Quebec region including the Greater Quebec City Area, Valcartier base in Courcellette, Donnacona and others.
    
    The resulting Standing Offer will be valid from April 1st, 2018 to March 31st, 2019
    
    This Standing Offer will be promulgated for three (3) separate four (4) months periods each.
    
    PWGSC may issue a maximum of one (1)  Standing Offer in each four (4) months
    period for each region mentioned above, either West or East Quebec region.
    
    Regular delivery: The delay for delivery must be completed within two (2) working
    days following receipt of an order/call-up.
    
    For any bid to be accepted, the offeror must submit the bid pricing onat least a minimum of 40% of the total items indicated on Annex "A to E" and/or on a minimum of 40% of total of items indicated on Annex "F to J ".
    
    Various quantity and destination.
    
    The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based onmandatory requirements and a financial analysis.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Free Trade Agreement with Columbia, the Free Trade Agreement with Panama and the Free Trade Agreement with Peru.
