    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
    
    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 
    
    Bidders are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject of the solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
    
    Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers.

    Field Flow Fractionation system
    
    Environment Canada and Climate Change requires a Field Flow Fractionation Unit to achives the new objectives of identification and detection of environmental monitoring projects for nanoparticles and natural colloids.
    
    Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Field Flow Fractionation system.
    
    The requirements of Environment Canada and Climate Change include:  the supply, the delivery, the installation of the system as well as a training offered on site.
    
    Delivery requested: As soon as possible. 
    
    The evaluation of the bidders will be based on the mandatory technical evaluation criteria and financial evaluation criteria specified within this RFP (see Annexes A-B-C). 
    
    All enquiries and other communications regarding this RFP are to be directed only to the contracting authority, in writing, whose name is indicated in this RFP.
    
    PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
