LETTER OF INTEREST FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESSES

ABORIGINAL SOURCE LIST FOR: REGIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFER FOR VARIOUS PLUMBING PRODUCTS.

This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.

THIS LETTER OF INTEREST IS NOT A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND NO STANDING OFFER WILL RESULT FROM IT.

INTENT

The Government of Canada is seeking Letters of Interest from aboriginal businesses interested and having the capacity and availability to supply, on an as-and-when required basis, various plumbing products and accessories (according to the Allpriser guide) to be delivered Incoterms 2010 DDP destination to various Federal Departments and Agencies located in the province of Quebec. 

The purpose of this posting is to generate a list of possible aboriginal suppliers that would be interested in being provided a copy of the upcoming request for standing offer related to the goods identified in the requirement described below.

Canada may, at its discretion, decide to only contact or solicit bids from the suppliers that have responded to this Letter of Interest.

REQUIREMENT

Supply, on an as-and-when required basis, various plumbing products and accessories (all according to the Allpriser Guide) to be delivered Delivery Duty Paid at destination to various Federal Departments and Agencies located in the province of Quebec. 

Delivery Response Time: 
-Urgent : 24 hours
-Regular Stocked Items : 48 hours
-On command items: 96 hours

Main users are, among others: Department of National Defence(various locations), Fisheries and Oceans Canada (Québec region), Correctional Service Canada (Various establishments and CORCAN).

Canada reserves the right to issue up to 3 Standing Offers.

DESCRIPTION - EVALUATION CRITERIA SUMMARY

Chosen supplier-s must offer a discount on at least 75% of the products and accessoires listed in the Allpriser guide AND must have a valid membership for the Plumbing Allpriser Guide.


SCHEDULE

Goods are required as of October 1st, 2017.

PERIOD 

For a two (2) year period, from October 1st, 2017 to September 30th, 2019, with possible 2 optional one (1) year periods, from October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020 and October 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2021.

ESTIMATED VALUE PER YEAR

$1,500,000.00 applicable taxes included.
