The services must in accordance with the requirements described in the RFP. The bids will be evaluated based on mandatory and financial evaluation criteria. *** Canada reserves the right to award more than one contract to fulfill its entire requirement.*** This RFP allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 titled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 titled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named herein. Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Delivery Date: Indicated in the attached RFP Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
