This amendment is raised following the site visit that took place on Tuesday, May 28 at 10 AM, to respond to questions received to date on May 31, 2019, to carry out modifications to the tender and to add plans.

The National Film Board of Canada has a requirement for the supply and installation of High Density Mobile Shelving at their new Montreal warehouse. The products must be new and in accordance with the requirements described in the RFP. 

The bids will be evaluated based on mandatory & point-rated technical and financial evaluation criteria. 


This RFP allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 titled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 titled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
