Description

Request for a regional individual standing offer (RISO) for the
repair services of ocean containers in accordance with the IICL
standards (Institute of International Containers Lessors)
required by the Department of National Defence (DND) 3 Canadian
Support Unit, Longue-Pointe Garrison.


Period of the standing offer

From date of issue until October  31, 2015 with possibility of
two periods optional on year each.


Applicable trade agreements

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-Chile Free
Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement
(CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
