Amendment no. 1

The Request for Proposal has been amended to add the clause
document that was not posted the first time. 


Required for the Department of National Defense, the following
services: Lodging, food, storage and facilities to conduct
weekend sailing (motor boat and canoe courses ) for the Eastern
Region Sea Cadets which will be held in the Lanaudière Region,
P. Quebec.  

This contract is required for a period of one year with two
option years to be taken one at a time. That is for our fiscal
years running from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2018.  
  
A maximum of 750 cadets per year  using this service is
forecasted for the Eastern region sea cadets.  
There will be 50 and 120 cadets attending each weekend.  This
year the contract will be from April 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016.
 The weekends for the first year will run from May 15 to June
14th 2015 and from September 11 to October 5, 2015 .

Either numbers of cadets and participants are likely to be the
same  as in 2015 for the years 2016 -2017 and 2017-2018 , and
these numbers will be confirmed on  December 1st of year
preceeding the following year.  

Two separate buildings are required for the male and female
personnel and cadets.

The supplier must be located within a 50 km radius of the postal
code H7T 1B5 (Laval, P. Quebec) since most the Navy Cadets Corps
are from this area.
