    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number W3380-14Z007/A dated 2015-03-04 with a
    closing of 2015-03-20, at 14h00. A debriefing or feedback
    session will be provided upon request to
    bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    Required for the Department of National Defense, the following
    services: Lodging, food, storage and facilities to conduct
    weekend sailing (motor boat and canoe courses ) for the Eastern
    Region Sea Cadets which will be held in the Estrie Region, P.
    Quebec.  
    
    This contract is required for a period of one year with two
    option years to be taken one at a time. That is for our fiscal
    years running from May 1, 2015 to March 31, 2018.  
      
    A maximum of 600 cadets per year  using this service is
    forecasted for the Estrie region sea cadets.  
    There will be 50 and 120 cadets attending each weekend.  This
    year the contract will be from May 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016. 
    The weekends for the first year will run from May 15 to June
    14th 2015 and from September 11 to October 5, 2015 .
    
    Either numbers of cadets and participants are likely to be the
    same  as in 2015 for the years 2016 -2017 and 2017-2018 , and
    these numbers will be confirmed on  December 1st of year
    preceeding the following year.  
    
    Two separate buildings are required for the male and female
    personnel and cadets.
    
    The supplier must be located within a 60 km radius of  Magog ,
    P. Quebec since most of the Navy Cadets Corps are from this
    area.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
