Amendment no. 2
The Notice of Proposed Procurement has been amended for the French version only to correct an administrative error. 

The bid solicitation has been amended. Clarifications and changes have been made to this document. 

Amendment no.1
The  bid solicitation has been postponed and the new closing date will be September 30, 2016 at 14h00.  
A modification to the requirement is being prepared in the interim.  


Reissue of Bid Solicitation 
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W3380-15Z008/A dated December 22,2015 with a closing of January 22, 2016 at 14h00. A debriefing of feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who bid on the previous solicitation. 

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply on an as-and- when requested basis men's and women's swimsuits for a period of 2 years firm and 1 optional year. 
Required for the Department of National Defence , Garrison St. Jean at St. Jean-sur-Richelieu, Qc.  
Approximate quantities for the 3 years is as follows:
12,000 for the men's swimsuits. 
3,000 for the women's swimsuits.
Various sizes.  Details in the Request for Regional Individual Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
