Required for Environment Canada in Montreal, P.Quebec the purchase and delivery of an Inductively coupled Argon Plasma Mass Spectrometer.  Details in the Request for Proposal.

Delivery date:  Complete delivery of the equipment is required by February 28, 2017 and complete installation must be completed by March 31, 2017.  
Training is also required with this purchase.
