This Request for Proposal has been amended to provide answers to questions that were posed to us by suppliers.  

Environment and climate change Canada, of the Department of Environment Canada, wishes to acquire a triple quadrupole gas chromatographe-tandem mass spectrometer system.

Quantity:  1 each 
Complete delivery and installing of this analytical system in its entirety is required  by March 20, 2017. 
Training will be required for a minimum of 4 days at Environment Canada. Details in the Request for proposal.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
