Nature of Requirements: 

Amendment to the Notice of Proposed Procurement was raised to inverse the English text in the English posting of this requirement and the French text in the French posting of this requirement.
No amendment will be necessary for the Request for Proposal.

Provide laundry services on an as-and-when requested basis for the Department of National Defence at the Canadian Forces Base Bagotville, the Regiment of Saguenay located at 2678 Chemin de la Réserve in  Jonquière and the Naval Reserve in Chicoutimi on boul. Saguenay, P.Quebec. 
We have more than 95 different items of clothing to be washed. 
The supplier must be equipped with enough machinery to meet the client's needs as detailled in the Request for Proposal.
The estimated expenditure:  $103,477.50$ /year.
Contract period:  From October 1, 2017 until September 30, 2018 firm with 2 optional years of one year each.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
