Request for regional individual standing offer for the supply and delivery of bedding such as pillows, pillowcases, flat sheets, mattress covers and grey blankets on an as and when requested basis.Two clients within the Department of National Defence at the Valcartier Garrison and the St. Jean Garrison will be using this standing offer.  
The period of the Standing offer will be for one year firm from the date of issue,with two option years of one year each.
  
The annual estimated quantities for the Valcartier Garrison are:
Pillows: 300 each 
Pillow cases:  500 each  
Mattress covers:  500 each
 
The annual estimated quantities for the St.Jean Garrison are: 
Pillows: 6000 each 
Grey blankets:  1000 each 
Pillow cases: 1000 each
Flat sheets:  1500 each
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
