Request for proposal for the acquisition of an All-purpose laboratory equipment used to decontaminate and sterilize laboratory instruments as well as decontaminate samples to be disposed.

This requirement is for the benefit of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The delivery site is

Theevaluation of the contractor's bid will be made based on mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment.

This requirement must be completed as soon as possible or at  the latest before February 26th, 2017 from issuance date.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). 

The Crown retains the right to negotiate the terms of any contract with suppliers.
