Request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to supply , on an as and when required basis, various aggregates products in accordance with  Annex A and B, to be delivered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Destination including all delivery charges and FCA Free Carrier- Quarry (to be picked-up by the client), to various Federal Government Departments and Agencies  accordingto four (4) defined sectors located in the province of Quebec, excluding the National Capital Region and areas subject to Comprehensive land claims agreements.

*** Periodof the Standing Offer: Two (2) years starting from the date of standing offer issuance with one (1) option to extend for a period of one (1) year. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the FTA between Canada/Peru/Colombia/Panama.

No minimum quantity will be accepted.

The evaluation of the contractor's bid will be carriedout according to the mandatory criteria, technical criteria and a financial assessment.

Documents can be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference in the tender documents and contract documents, and form an integral part .

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposals.   

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.
