Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Public Works and Government Services Canada, for Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC), is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for rental services for generators, which will be used to supply the Barriere Lake community in electricity, as part of one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement. This requirement is limited to canadian services. All the details regarding this request are included in the solicitation documents. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
