Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), for the Department 



of National Defence (DND), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the procurement, delivery and installation of a particle filtering system,as well as an on-site training.

Security Requirement: 
This request includes a security requirement. 
We encourage suppliers who do not have the required security clearance level to contact the Contracting Authority identified inthe soli
citation document as soon as possible to request the sponsorship necessary toobtain the security clearance.

Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 6769 rue Notre-DameEst, Montreal (QC), H1N 2E9 on Tuesday May 16th
 2017. The site visit will begin at 1:00PM (EDT) and will have an approximate duration of one hour.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Monday May 15th at 5:00PM (EDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

The system must be delivered at the 202 Workshop Depot located at 6769Notre-Dame Street East,Montreal (Quebec), H1N 2E9.
