AMENDMENT 002

The purpose of this amendment is to publish a summary of the optional site visit held on Tuesday June 5th 2018 at 9:00 (EDT) at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s Research and Development Centre.

Also, the purpose of this amendment is to publish questions and answers and to revise certain mandatory technical criteria based on the given answers.

The purpose of this amendment is also to revise the Annex B "Basis of Payment" and Annex C "roject Schedule".

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 001

The purpose of this amendment is to include an optional site visit to this request. The site visit will be held at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada located at 3600 boulevard Casavant Ouest, Saint-Hyacinthe (Qc), J2S 8E3 on Tuesday June 5th 2018, starting at 9:00 AM (EDT). Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Friday June 1st 2018 at 5:00 PM (EDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. See amendment 001 document below for further details.

Also, the purpose of this amendment is to publish questions and answers regarding this request.

Finally, this amendment includes a clarification regarding the system installation.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement, delivery and start-up of fermenters.

This requirement also includes an on-site training for the operation and use of the system.
