Public Works and Government Services on behalf of the National Research Council of Canada located in Montreal is seeking bids to purchase a collaborative robot.

Description:

The Automation and Robotics Group of the Structures, Material and Manufacturing Laboratory of the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is putting together new facilities for developing Human-Robot Collaborative applications. These facilities will play an important role in the Factory of the Future Program, and will contribute to keeping the laboratory at the forefront of robotic developments.

As a primary component of these new facilities, NRC wishes to purchase a so-called collaborative robot that has human-safe capabilities and compatibility with the groups’ current development robot application development framework.

Delivery Date:

The work consists of supply, and delivery of the system at the NRC, all of the work must be completed on or before March 31, 2017.

The system must be delivered at 5145 Decelles, Montreal QC, H3T 2B2.
