The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) in Boucherville, Quebec  wants to acquire a thermal spray torch that uses liquid kerosene mixed with oxygen to make coatings in internal diameters. This process is called ID-HVOF (Internal Diameter High Velocity Oxygen Fuel).


Transport Canada wish to acquire 2 compactors that must be delivered to the following sites: Wemindji Airport,Qc and Eastmain Airport,Qc.
