The purpose of this amendment is to change a specification to section 3.0 Mandatory Requirements of Annexes A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 90030-181106/B dated April 10, 2019 with a closing of May 6, 2019 at 14:00 EDT. 

***CHANGE*** Annex’s A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4 will be evaluated separately. Canada reserves the right to award up to 4 contracts (one per Annex). A supplier can obtain a contract for one or all of Annex’s A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the National Film Board of Canada is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement and delivery of LED lights for the animation studios.

Delivery adress: 1501 Bleury, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H3A 2H7

Delivery date: While the delivery is required on or about September 5, 2019, we ask the supplier to confirm the best delivery date he can offer.
