DESCRIPTION:

To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply on
as-and-when requested basis, "H" paper fasteners & metal prong fasterners according to the requirements at Annex "A" and Annexes "B" & "C" identified in the Request for Standing Offer.

IDENTIFIED USERS:

CORCAN, La Macaza Establishment, Province of Quebec. 

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:  

The Standing Offer will be from date of issuance for a period of one (1) year with the right to exercise the option to extend the period for a one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.

SECURITY:  

Certain security measures apply for deliveries to the institutions of Correctional Service Canada.

QUANTITY:

Item no 1
"H" paper fasteners
Estimated quantity per year:  1 500 000 units

Item no 2
Metal prong fasteners
Estimated quantity per year:  250 000 units
