IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS - BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

DESCRIPTION:

To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply on as-and-when requested basis, carbonless paper, according to the requirements at Annexes "A" and "B", for CORCAN, La Macaza Establishment, Province of Quebec. 

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:  

The Standing Offer will be from date of issuance for a period of twelve (12) months with the right to exercise the option to extend for a period of twelve (12) months under the same terms and conditions.

SECURITY:  

Certain security measures apply for deliveries to the institutions of Correctional Service Canada.
