Nature of Requirements: 

Provide, upon request, a charter bus service with drivers to meet various established requirements for transporting persons on behalf of the Department of National Defence in Quebec City, QC.

Period of the standing offer: The period of the standing offer is from date of issue for a period of one year with the possibility of two optional one year periods.

Canadian content: The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

The offeror can make an offer for a single bus category, for two bus categories, for three bus categories or for all four bus categories. The bus categories are A: Coach, B: Semi-coach, C: School bus, and D: Mini-bus.

The offers evaluation will be done for each bus category for each departure. A maximum of eight (8) standing offers may be issue following this request for standing offer (one per departure point, per category). The same bidder may obtain more than one standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
