This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work-Stream 4
Forensic Audit Services and against Professional Audit Support
Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004/E).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: 

For the provision of professional forensic audit services in
order to proceed with audit related to  construction files.  

The work is to be performed in the Montreal and Laval. 


DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From contract award to March 31, 2013 
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive.  

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.
