Amendment no. 4 is raised to amend the Request for proposal. Changes are made to Annex A -Statement of work, Annex E- Mandatory technical criteria and Annex G - Certifications.  See details in the amended Request for Proposal.

Amendment no. 3 is raised to amend the Notice of Proposed procurement and the Request for Proposal document.

Amendment no. 1 raised to amend the Notice of Proposed Procurement and the Request for proposal.

Request for proposal for the purchase of various laboratory analysis on buoy lanterns in regards to the Canadian Coast Guard Smart lantern project. Delivery is in Québec, P. Québec. Several tasks will have to be carried out in accordance to the Statement of work - Annex A .
The CCG will provide the following:
1.The lanterns under study, and the technical documentation related to these lanterns;
2.Technical support;
3.Certain reference works;
4.Any other documentation necessary for the performance of the mandate deemed relevant by the CCG.
No work will take place at the CCG Quebec base.
Type of contrat:  With Task authorizations
Contract Period: 3 years firm with 2 option years of one year each.
