PROJECT TITLE

Bio-monitoring System of the Life Science Research System (LSRS)

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

With this Request for Proposals (RFP), Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC) plans to award one (1)
contract through the Canadian Space Agency's  Life Science
Research System for the design of the Bio-monitoring System. The
project is divided in four (4) phases: Phase A, B, C and the
optional Phase D.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
No security requirements apply to this project.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT

From the date of issue for a period of approximately eighteen
(18) months.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL CRITERIA

The mandatory technical criteria are described at the Attachment
1 to Part 4 of the Request for Proposal entitled: Evaluation
Criteria for the Technical and Managerial bid.

CONTROLLED GOODS PROGRAM

This procurement could be subject to the Controlled Goods Program

BASIS OF PAYMENT

Milestone payments and Progress Payments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Intellectual Property will vest with the Contractor

CANADIAN CONTENT

The requirement is limted to Canadian goods and/or services

This PWGSC office provides acquisition services to the public in
both official languages

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
