The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject Request for Standing Offers. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing offers. Given current circumstances and network limitations, some active procurements may be delayed. To stay up to date on the status of specific procurements, please consult Buysandsell.gc.ca. TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES This request for regional master standing offer (RMSO) is for temporary help services (THS). This RMSO request is an update of the RMSO previously published on Buy & Sell under solicitation number E6MON-190005/A. This RMSO request is published to allow potential offerors to present offers and to become qualified, as indicated in the RMSO request previously published on Buy & Sell under solicitation number E6MON-190005/A. (Period from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020). DOCUMENT PURPOSE This RMSO request is published in order to: - Allow current holders of the RMSO with a number under the model «E6MON-190005/xyz» to update the rates previously offered; - Add a new category of services "Health science, Nurse" to group 5 "Professional services"; - Allow the qualification of other offerors; It is PWGSC's intentions to issue as many RMSOs as there are qualified offerors. This Request for Standing Offer is intended to meet temporary help services needs for federal organizations located in some geographical areas of the Quebec Region. Following the process, Standing Offers will be issued for a period of one year, plus one optional year. Several standing offers may be issued further to this process, as long as Offerors meet the stated technical requirements. A Standing Offer may cover one or more geographical areas of the Quebec Region. SECURITY There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A - Standing Offer. Offerors should consult the "Security Requirements for PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for Bidders" GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS COVERED BY THIS STANDING OFFER The entrepreneur can offer services in one or more of the following geographic areas: 1. Greater QuEbec, including Lévis, Valcartier and Donnacona 2. Rimouski, Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspé 3. Saguenay, Lac-Saint-Jean and Côte-Nord 4. Greater MontrEal (including the North Shore and South Shore, in a radius of up to 50 km) 5. Greater Trois-Rivières, Nicolet, Shawinigan, including Grand-Mère 6. Sherbrooke, including Granby and Cowansville 7. Laurentians (north of MontrEal from St-Jérôme, including La Macaza) 8. Abitibi-Temiscamingue 9. Drummondville 10.Lacolle Offerors may propose services in one or more geographic areas to fulfill part or all of the defined need.
