Project title
Development, modification and testing of fibre laser sources

Description
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Valcartier is
seeking bids to conducts research and development (R&D) on laser
countermeasures (CM). The main tasks of this requirement are:
the production of optical fibre amplifier, optical fibre fusion
and supercontinuum generation with optical amplifier.

Period of Contract
From date of Contract award until March 31st 2018.

Integrity provisions for procurement
As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003 and 2004, bidders must provide a list of all
owners and/or Directors and other associated information as
required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for
additional information on the Integrity Provisions. Please, also
refer to Part 5 - Certifications.

Former Public Servant 
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required
information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid
solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies
and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property rights arising from the performance of
the Work described in the Statement of Work, under the resulting
contract will belong to Canada, on the following grounds:
"national security".

Canadian Content
This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
