    Statement of Work:
    The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply
    of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to
    carry out an in-depth cleaning of the boilers on the fire side,
    to carry out an in-depth cleaning of the tubes on the water
    side, to perform an inspection by camera after the cleaning, to
    carry out a hydrostatic test on the boilers, to repair the
    refractory brick and replace all the non-graded bolts and to
    make tight the access doors of the combustion chamber, for
    Correctional Service Canada, Ste-Anne-des-Plaines Institute, 
    Ste-Anne-des-Plaines, Quebec.
    
    There will be an optional site visit on March 20, 2013 at 09:00
    am. Interested bidders are to meet at Correctional Service
    Canada, Ste-Anne-des-Plaines  Institute, Manager's Office
    Maintenance Service, 244 Montée Gagnon, Ste-Anne-des-Plaines,
    Quebec. The person in charge for the visit is Mr. Chaumont.
    Bidders will have to fill out the Institutional Access CPIC
    Clearance Request form that is included in the tender documents
    and transmit it by fax to Mr Pierre-Yves Chaumont of CSC at the
    following number (450) 752-2034 or by email at the following
    address ChaumontPY@CSC-SCC.GC.CA.  The forms must be received no
    later that 12:00PM (noon) on March 19th, 2013.  If the completed
    forms are not sent to Mr Chaumont, access to the site will be
    refused to the bidder.  Bidders will have to have the completed
    form in their possession for the site visit.
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 100,001.00
    - $ 250,000.00

    the information module.  
    
    Statements of Works and plans may be view at the following
    locations: ACQ at St-Léonard and APECQ at Chemin de la Savane,
    Montréal.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
    paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
    consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
    directory structure.
