Nature of Requirements: 

 Phase 1 of the re-roofing project at the Drummond Institution
consists of the replacement of the waterproofing membranes of
four (4) bassins in four (4) different buildings. This
represents approximately 450 square meters. The existing
membranes are to be replaced by new modified bituminous
membranes. The existing parapets are vented. This principal
shall be eliminated. Separator walls are to be constructed.
Rainwater drainage conduits are to be insulated. Work must be
completed before winter 2014 for the Correctional Service
Canada, Drummond Institution, Drummondville, Quebec. 


There will be a mandatory site visit on November 7, 2014 at
11:00 am.Interested bidders are to to meet at Correctional
Service Canada, Drummond Institution, 2025 Jean-de-Brébeuf,
Drummondville, Quebec. 

Bidders will have to fill out the form (Institutional Access
CPIC Clearance Request) which is included in the tender
documents and transmit it by e-mail:

Forty-eight (48 ) hours before the visit.  If the completed
forms are not received 48 hours before the visit, access to the
site might be refused to the bidder.  Bidders will have to have
the completed form in their possession for the site visit.
