Request for standing offers - Mechanical / electrical engineering for Quebec city and surroundings.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) calls upon Mechanical / electrical engineering firms or a consortium of    consultants  in   as well as      time  and  costs  specialists  in order  to  submit  proposals  for  standing offers in Quebec City and its surroundings. This contract  will follow a single phase process of proposal submissions.  The  consultants  selected  will  provide  services  as  specified  in  the Required Services section (RS). 

 Area  located within a radius of 120 km from federal building in Québec, 1550, avenue d’Estimauville, Québec (Québec)


If services are required outside this respective areas, consultants shall be willing to provide them.

The consultant will conduct a series of studies, provide advice, recommendations and design services for the modification and construction of various electromechanical systems in various Government of Canada buildings
PWGSC intend to allow not more than three (3) standing offers for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance, assorted with two (2) optional extension periods of one (1) year each.

the total dollar value of all the standing offers is estimated at two (2) millions $, as follows:

• two (2) million $ (including taxes) 

The various call-ups could reach up to one million $600 000 each (including GST).
Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be  provided under the Standing Offer are needed
