Nature of Requirements: 

This requirement consists in issuing Supply Arrangements (SA) for the services of moving services.  A Supply Arrangement is a method of supply where the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), under the framework of the arrangement,  may solicit bids from a pool of prescreened vendors.  



The Supply Arrangement  will be valid for a two (2) year period from the date of issue with the possibility of three (2) additional optional years. 



The work involved in this arrangement request will be carried out at several location in the region of Montreal.



Contractors will be qualified in accordance with the mandatory requirements established in the supply arrangement request in holding a valid Designated Organization Screening in regard to security requirements.






A notice will be published on www.buyandsell.gc.ca for each bid solicitation involving the use of a permanent source list for supply arrangement holders in regard to transparency

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
