The work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to, the provision of expertise, materials, equipment, labor and all that is required for the replacement of the fire alarm system at the Archambault - Medium Institution (242 Gibson Boulevard, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Quebec) in accordance with indications of the plans, specifications and other tender documents. There will be an optional site visit on March 22nd, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. Interested bidders must present at 242 Gibson Boulevard, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (Quebec), J5N 1V8. Contractors wishing to attend the bidders’ visit must send an email to the Procurement Officer’s email address, stephen.phan@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, including the name of the person who will be attending and the firm that will be representing within 5 working days prior to the date of the visit. Visitors must carry identification and valid hard copy proof of vaccination. All electronic devices and tobacco products must remain in the visitors’ vehicle. INQUIRIES: All enquiries regarding this tender, are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Stephen Phan by e-mail at stephen.phan@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
