Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Laundry room relocation, Ste-Anne's Hospital, Ste-Anne de Bellevue, Quebec. Works consist in reorganizing or relocating certain equipments distributed throughout six (6) sectors of Hôpital Sainte-Anne. This is light work requiring a special coordination because the neighboring premises will be occupied during the duration of the works. Phasing is established by the owner allowing management of departments and internal moving. Without limiting itself to it, works include : 1. Selective demolition: • Steel door and door frame demolition; • Existing temporary partition demolition; • Disconnection and demolition of hardware and electrical components; • Demolition or relocation of electrical and mechanical components; 2. Construction: • Erection of gypsum partitions, dwarf walls and finish surfaces; • Provision and installation of steel doors, door frames and hardware; • Installation of electrical and mechanical services and components. 3. Reorganization: • Relocation of furniture, equipment and filing cabinets; • Dismantling and reinstallation of a rail system; • Doors to be modified and/or condemned in a semi-permanent way. 4. Refurbishing: • General painting of certain rooms and repairs; • Refreshing certain finishes of metal tile ceiling; • Filling holes and/or patching the ceramic wall tile; • Repairs in resilient floor tiles Work to be coordinated according to restrictive scheduling. Refer to drawings and specifications for the entire scope of work. SITE VISIT: : A site visit will take place on June 19, 2012 at 10:00 am at the main entrance of the Ste-Anne's Hospital, Pavillon Edith Temple, Ste-Anne de Bellevue, Qc. .
