Consolidating the existing brick, 50 Place de la Cité,
    Sherbrooke, Quebec.

The brick facade at the back of the building shows a large
amount of cracks and spalling. These imperfections allow water
infiltration and therefore contribute to the general
deterioration of the exterior wall. Consequently this project
consists of consolidating the existing brick and installing an
    insulated, weatherproof wall.
