    Expansion of the commercial processing facilities,
    Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Crossing border services
    
    The project consists of the expansion of the commercial
    treatment facilities for trade trucks by erecting a new building
    with a gross area of 2,170 m2 at the Saint-Bernard de Lacolle,
    Crossing border services. The new building has 6 docks with an
    inner bay, an inspection area of  900m2, an administrative area
    and an adjoining booth. The project also includes the
    redevelopment of external traffic routes to access the new
    building and the development of adjacent land.
    
    
    SITE VISIT
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a
    tour of the work site.  The site visit will be held on March 17
    2014, at 10:00 am at the main entrance of
    Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Crossing border services.
    
    Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
    given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
    from submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid
    solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
    an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is betwe:   more than
    5M$.
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA 
    
    THE PRESENT REQUIREMENT IS MANDATORY
    
    The bidder must provide two (2) client references for
    construction or renovation projects. (
    
    The bidder shall, upon request, provide proof of completion for
    these projects (minimally an Interim Certificate of Completion).
     
    PWGSC reserves the right to check references.
    
    The two (2) letters of reference, the text of which is provided
    on following page must be completed and signed by an authorized
    client representative and annexed to the bidder's submission.
    
    Only originals will be accepted.
    
    Project submitted by the Bidder shall comply to the following
    requirements:
    1.	Projects executed for a governmental, para-governmental,
    institutional, commercial or industrial client,
    2.	Projects which had an initial value of at least 5 million
    dollars per project and per building 			(including GST+QST),
    3.	Projects completed within the last ten (10) years (prior to
    publication of the present bid), and

    procurement.  Documents may be submitted in either official
