Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting
Bidders to submit a proposition for the construction of a new
support building (generic outside secure enclosure support
building, "GO") at the Donnacona Institution, 1537 Route 138,
Donnacona (Quebec), G3M 1C9.

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to retain
an individual Contractor or Joint Venture to provide the
complete turnkey work for the above mentioned Support Buildings
at Correctional Services Canada . Utilizing a turnkey service
delivery methodology, a full range of professional consultant
and contractor services will be required during both the design
and construction phases of the project. The work consists of,
but is not limited to, the design and construction of the
building including site work and service connections. The
Project requires design and execution for multiple disciplines
carefully coordinated with on-going Institutional operations.


MANDATORY SITE VISIT
It is mandatory that the bidders attend the site visit at the
designated date and time to examine the
scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The
mandatory Site Visit will be held at the
following time and location.
Donnacona Institution, Donnacona: on March 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM
(EST).

Attendees are to meet at the main entrance of the Institution.
Due to limited space, each turnkey
proponent is limited to no more than 4 persons. Due to security
considerations, persons with
criminal records may be denied access to the Institution.

Important notice:
Attendees shall  submit to local verifications of
identity/information, by Correctional Services Canada, prior to
admittance to the Institutions. Therefore, the annexed CIPC form
must be completed (Sections A, B, C, D & E), signed, and emailed
to the following email address at least 3 days prior to the

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $1M - 5$.
