Following the contract award to the contractor, the contractor must commit to carry out the work within 23 weeks according to the work sequence in the technical specifications. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT : January 11, 2022 at 9:00AM at 100, Rue du Landais, Blainville, QC J7C 5C9 Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the documentation required to attend the visit. Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
