    Public Place Refection - ICAO House, Montreal, Qc
    
    The present project is for the construction of a new plaza in front the building housing the ICAO, along the Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, at the corner of Saint-Antoine West Street.
    The project consists of, but is not limited to:
    .1 Demolition and removal of concrete surfaces (lining and wall), turf, furniture elements, lighting components, trees and the lower part of the building's siding.
    .2 The installation of an above and below ground drainage system to connect to the city of Montreal network;
    .3 Safety measures composed of reinforced concrete cast in place with an architectural finish;
    .4 Prefabricated concrete paving stone surfaces;
    .5 Architectural lighting elements to be installed on the facade of the building and as well as in the public square;
    .6 A digital sign to be attached to the facade of the building;
    .7 Variety of horticultural plantings including continuous pits with integrated treegrates and frames;
    .8 A variety of urban furniture (flag poles, benches, waste baskets);
    .9 The replacement of the basilar siding stone of the building;
    .10 Relocating and restoring the work of art.
    
    There will be an optional site visit on January 31, 2019, at 2:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at the ICAO House, 999, boulevard Robert-Bourassa, Montreal, Qc.
