Work of this Contract comprises includes all the work required for the renovation of the roof terrace on the 5th floor of the building housing the ICAO, along the Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, at the corner of Viger West Street.
Construction Work includes the following, without being limited to:
.1 Demolition of existing planters
.2 Demolition of the wall and counter in the existing smoking room
.3 Replacement of roof including paving slabs
.4 Construction of the new service counter
.5 Construction of planters and screens
.6 Supply and installation of the pergola
.7 Replacement of the guardrail at the perimeter of the rooftop terrace
.8 Construction of the new access for the terrace, storage room and air lock for the smoking room
The work will be executed in phases:
.1 Carry out the work in phases so that the Departmental Representative can use the site on a continuous basis during the work.
.2 Coordinate the schedule of work according to the occupation of the premises
.3 Maintain access for firefighting purposes; also provide for the means of fighting against fire.
.4 The sequence of phases may vary according to the request of the Contractor but must be approved by the Departmental Representative.

Calendar:
The Contractor must complete the Work within the 154 calendar days following the awarding of the contract.

There will be an optional site visit on February 7, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. Interested bidders are to meet at the ICAO House, 999, boulevard Robert-Bourassa, Montreal, Qc.
