Nature of Requirements: Tender call number EF997-190634/A, project number R.098311.001, Infra-red crack repairs on the runway 05-23 asphalt overlay in Blanc sablon airport, on behalf of Transport Canada. The project includes, without limitation repair locally existing surfaces using infra-red method.
