Request For Standing Offer (RFSO):

Drinking water sampling and analysis services and sampling and results interpretation reports.

Requirement: As part of its responsibilities as property manager, PSPC wishes to enlist the services of consultants to conduct drinking water quality sampling in buildings that house federal public servants. The needs are for approximately 50 buildings l¬ocated primarily in Montérégie, Estrie, the Montréal region, and the Quebec City region. Some buildings are located on the North Shore and in the Gaspé Peninsula.
The services must be provided in accordance with the Requirement attached at Annex "A"

The period of the standing offer is from February 1st 2021, for a three (3) year period with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend standing offer for an additional two (2) consecutive periods of one (1) year each.

The request for a standing offer provides for the establishment of six (6) standing offers to cover two (2) geographic areas.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids/offer will not be accepted for the subject offer solicitation.
