The contractor will provide the manpower, the material, the tools and the equipment necessary to carry out the work. The period of the Contract is from for a 2 year period, from March 1st 2021 to 29 February 2023, with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for an additional three (3) consecutive periods of one (1) year each. ***THERE IS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada website : http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement. The visit is strongly recommended and will take place at a specific time indicated in the Tender documents. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than three (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend.
